Your Data Matters
All data and operations are stored and accessed through AWS. Data Privacy
MyHealthily provides privacy by only allowing access to your broker, yourself, and the individuals in the groups. You are the owner of your data. If you need it in a format we don’t currently provide, we will work with you to get you what you need. There is no charge to export your data from our system, and many of the tables in our dashboard can be downloaded directly as CSVs (Comma-Separated Values). If you require a custom solution, we will work to provide it, or offer alternatives. Our software is cloud-based. What this means is data is stored, managed, and processed on a network of remote servers hosted on the internet, rather than on local servers or personal computers. Our software runs on Amazon’s AWS services. All data is backed up nightly and your backups are securely stored in AWS’ RDS (Relational Data Service) system. All data is securely encrypted with modern standards (HTTPS, SSL) and sensitive data, such as passwords, are hashed so they cannot be compromised.Availability and Reliability
Our servers have an uptime of 99.977%. Updates are only done well outside of business hours, and are done in a blue/green style, resulting in minimal downtime. Our worst-case cutover is approximately 30seconds for an HTTP timeout. Average page load times run around 100ms, though some data queries may take longer. The notable exception is our plan quoting page, which can take a few seconds, due to the collection of plan data from numerous vendors. Due to our software design, only software under our direct control has access to your data, which is segregated on different secure services.
