Frequently Asked Questions

I have more than 2,250 lives, but can I still choose a lower tier?

It is very important that you choose the plan that reflects the number of lives you service. For example, if your brokerage services 52,300 lives and you choose Healthily Full Plus (2,250 user cap), you would only be able to service a very small portion of your books. 

After my purchase, how long will it take to get started?

We’ll have you up and running 30 days from your time of purchase. During that time, we’ll introduce you to your account manager, discuss marketing strategies, and schedule social media campaigns. Once your shopping experience is ready, your account manager will provide you with the links you’ll need to begin onboarding your clients. 

How will I be charged?

You’ll pay your annual fee at the time of purchase, and will be billed that amount each year on the anniversary of your sign up. In addition, you’ll be invoiced monthly based on your number of enrollees and accrued call center minutes. Invoices are Net 30 and may be paid via credit card or bank transfer.

Can I upgrade tiers mid year if I need a higher user cap?

Absolutely. Simply let your account manager know and they’ll be happy to assist. At the time of your upgrade, you’ll be charged a percentage of the new annual fee based on the number of months left until your sign-up anniversary.
